Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구의 목적은 간호사의 투약근접오류 경험에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다.
방법: 병원에서 근무하는 간호사들을 대상으로 하여 심도 있는 면담을 진행하였으며 2019년 4월 3일부터10월 30일까지 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 통해 분석하였다.
결과: 3개의 주제가 도출되었으며, '부끄러운 일', '어쩔 수 없는 일', '더 발전할 수 있는 발판이 되는 일'로 구성하였다.
결론: 간호사들의 투약근접오류 경험은 개인적인 문제뿐만 아니라구조적인 문제들로 인해 나타남을 알 수 있으며, 더 심각한 투약오류로 인한 결과들을 예방하기위해서는 개인적 차원과 기관적 차원에서의 문제의 사정, 분석과 변화에 대한 정책 마련들이 필요하다 하겠다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe nurses' experience of near misses in medication errors.
Methods:Data were collected from April, 3 to October 30, 2019 through in-depth interviews with nine nurses who had workedin hospitals. Data was analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological methodology.
Results: The three themes thatemerged from the analysis were: Shameful things to hide, Inevitable matter to happen, and Step to move forward.
Conclusion: The result has shown that nurses' experience of near misses in medication administration has happenednot only because of individual matters but also institutional problems. Therefore, to improve the situation and preventserious medication errors for nurses, both, individual and institutional problems need to be assessed, analyzed andchange.
